What is our Thermal Mapping Service? 

One of our experianced Sales Engineers will come into you plant to measure and map out each of your lines, identifying all heaters, temperature sensors, pressure sensors and controls for each line.  We will also go through your parts inventory to measure and identify all parts on your shelves.  

What do you get after the completed survey? 

You will get a Full Plant Thermal Map book, showing you each line and identifying each heater on the line with the coresponding part number and bin number from your inventory if applicable.  

Secondly, you will recieve a full cvs file of all parts on your lines, what lines they are used on, as well as recommended stocking levels.
