PID Interactive Temperature Controls and Indicators:

  • Available in 1/16, 3/16, 1/8 horizontal or vertical, and 1/4 DIN sizing.

  • UL-Certified, FM-Approved and NEMA options on select configurations.

  • Multiple I/O configurations consisting of alarms, heater breaks, SCR, solid state, mechanical relays.

  • RS-485 and analog retransmission, along with micro USB programming options on select models. 

  • Standard temperature inputs consisting of thermocouples / PT100 RTD / 4-20mA / Volts using high accuracy 18-bit D-A.

  • Fuzzy logic PID autotune heat and cool control with 200 millisecond sampling rate.

Pre-loaded COMPLETE PID Control Panels:

  • Full turn key UL-Certified anti-condensation custom control panels with NEMA enclosures, pre-wired with either SCR / Solid State / Mechanical Relay options.

  • Single Phase control panels using SCRs are set with Zero Cross Fire.

  • Three Phase control panels using SCRs come in either 2-leg Zero Cross Fire or Three Leg Phase Angle firing options.

  • Audible or Visual alarms available.

  • Factory pre-wired in accordance with the National Electrical Code, NFPA79, UL508A and any special local electrical codes required by the customer.

  • UL508A certification available when requested.
